With the destruction of the environment and cancer prevalence, organic movement in the United States and other Western countries are increasingly emerging. Supermarkets there without pesticides, chemical additives and genetically modified organisms in organic food, and people started to decrease cooking, popular health food. Organic raw food proved to be not only environmentally friendly energy-saving, but also can prevent and treat many diseases including cancer. I began to choose organic foods, and gradually raw food, and then drink healthy water, the use of organic care products, towards a more comprehensive organic life.
My morning is to use organic toothpaste or brushing with water start, and then wash your hair with organic shampoo or clean water, organic shower gel or water bath, and then occasionally use organic skin care cream. Breakfast is usually eaten raw beef or raw organic (or green) eggs, raw organic vegetables or fruit, plus health walnuts or almonds. If you have the opportunity, lunch and dinner to eat raw fish or raw mutton, raw vegetables and salads, plus an organic whole grains or tubers. I generally prepare their own breakfast, lunch and dinner would prefer an organic raw food restaurant, Japanese cuisine, restaurants, or hot pot city, because there is more organic food and raw food to choose from.
